The mission of the Oroville Chamber of Commerce is to work cooperatively with community business, civic and governmental organizations to enhance the image of Oroville and to foster a climate in which businesses can operate profitably. The Oroville Area Chamber of Commerce is the most active business organization in Oroville, with a membership of almost 500 local businesses and organizations representing more than 6,700 employees.

Every year the Oroville Chamber handles over 10,000 Visitor, Tourism and Relocation queries from people interested in the greater Oroville area. In its mission to foster economic prosperity the Oroville Chamber also provides business people with networking, visibility and educational opportunities.
